Jean-Marc joined the Inteltech SA team in 2000, having practiced for more than fifteen years as an independent lawyer and notary.
With the benefit of extensive experience in fields of civil law, contract and company/commercial law, as well as intellectual property law, he now advises and assists our clients with respect to the more general aspects of commercial activity, in particular with regard to the preparation and drafting of contracts and the management of procedural matters, both in Switzerland and internationally.
