Amanda joined Inteltech SA in 2001 as an intellectual property advisor, after having studied law in France (Université Jean Moulin, Lyon III / CEIPI, Strasbourg).
As a trademark, industrial design and copyright specialist, she is involved both in terms of the establishment and valuation of intellectual property rights (research, filings, review, due diligence, contracts) as well as the use and development and protection of such rights (opposition proceedings, pre-trial motions and procedures, negotiations, counterfeit seizures, administrative litigation, and so on).
Her experience in Swiss, French and European Community comparative law enables her to advise our clients from a global protection perspective, in the development and underpinning of their industrial and intellectual property strategies.
During her work, Amanda is in daily contact with companies involved in the automobile, luxury goods, agrifood and tobacco sectors.
In addition, Amanda has wide experience in the watchmaking and jewellery sectors. For this reason, she participates as an advisor each year in the World Watch and Jewellery Fair (Salon Mondial de l’Horologerie et de la Bijouterie) (Baselworld) on behalf of clients in the watchmaking and jewellery industries (detection of fakes; filing of complaints before the ad hoc arbitration panel).
She is a member of INTA, AROPI and APRAM. At APRAM she participates, in particular, within the framework of the Foreign Rights Commission on behalf of Switzerland.
She is also enrolled as a French industrial and intellectual property advisor.
